There are many kinds of Laser Welded Finned Tubes when they are used. In operation, high-frequency welded Finned Tubes are mainly used. Technology of Laser Welding Finned Tubes

1. The base tube thickness of laser welded Fin Tube can be 0.8-1.5 mm, and the fin thickness can be 0.3-1 mm, which greatly saves the material cost compared with other processes.

2. High Penetration Rate can prevent gap corrosion, prolong service life and reduce heat transfer resistance.

3. Breaking through the material limit, different materials can be used for processing.

4. It is easy for secondary processing, and can directly coil and bend pipes.

5. The welding heat affected zone is small and the metallographic change is small, which makes it possible to process small diameter finned tubes.

The materials used for heat exchange tubes and condenser tubes should have good heat transfer performance, better corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and abrasion resistance, as well as good strength, stiffness and plasticity, which are easy to process and manufacture.

Coil Fin Tube

The Laser Welded Finned Tube can effectively detect the smooth transition of the tube connection to a certain extent. The nozzle should be more than 100mm higher than the pile top, and the nozzle height of each detection tube should be consistent. The lower end of the tube should be closed, the upper end should be covered, there should be no foreign matter in the tube, and the tube body should not be damaged.
