Finned tubes can be divided into: spiral finned tubes, longitudinal finned tubes, zigzag finned tubes according to fin shape; finned tubes can be divided into single metal finned tubes, bimetallic composite finned tubes; Finned tubes can be divided into different processing techniques: welded finned tubes, Extruded Finned Tubes, Inlaid Finned Tubes, and Wound Finned Tubes.

Fin Tube

The Finned Tube is a fin added to the surface of the heat exchange tube, and is a kind of heat exchange component. The heat exchanging components increase the fins, which also increases the surface area, thereby achieving better heat exchanging effect. In view of the fact that finned tubes are assembled on machinery and equipment similar to boilers, they must withstand the test of continuous high temperature, so when we select finned tubes, we must choose the following finned tubes with outstanding capabilities .

1. Finned tubes have strong wear resistance. If the finned tubes are worn, the heat transfer efficiency will be disturbed to a certain extent, so finned tubes with strong wear resistance should be selected.

2. Finned tubes have low contact thermal resistance. Only by selecting finned tubes with low contact thermal resistance can the performance of finned tubes be guaranteed under continuous high temperature conditions.

3. Finned tubes have strong stability. Only by selecting finned tubes with strong stability can they not interfere with heat transfer performance under continuous high temperature conditions.
