When it is necessary to replace the rubber gasket or repair the degummed part of the spiral finned tube in use, the finned tube shall be removed and placed on the table, the old gasket shall be removed, or the glue residue in the groove of the finned tube shall be wiped off with fine sandpaper at the degumming place, and then the oil stain in the groove shall be wiped off with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene, and then the back of the new rubber gasket shall be wiped with fine sandpaper, Also wipe off the oil stain with carbon tetrachloride or trichloroethylene solvent. Then apply a thin layer of glue on the back of the groove and the rubber washer, wait a little dry, and take it as the degree that it does not stick to the fingers, but it is still sticky, that is, insert the rubber washer into the groove, flatten it around, apply a layer of talcum powder, and then install the finned tube on the equipment frame and clamp it gently. According to the requirements of the glue manual, it can be put into use after a period of time.

The spiral finned tube needs to be compacted again during use. During use, pay attention to the scale position of the last compaction, and do not make the rubber gasket excessive, so as to reduce the service life of the gasket. When replacing the rubber gasket of the finned tube, all the sections must be updated to avoid uneven clearance of the fins and affecting the heat transfer effect.
