1. Before on-site inspection, measure the delay time t from the acoustic monitor to the receiving system. And calculate the sound time correction value.

2. During measurement, the transmitting and receiving probes shall rise and fall synchronously at the same elevation or maintain a fixed elevation difference.

3. The measuring point spacing of Finned Tube is 40cm, and it shall be densified to 20cm in case of abnormality

4. Select appropriate transmission voltage and amplifier gain to a certain extent, and keep them unchanged during retesting.

5. The finned tube will display and record the time history curve of the received signal in real time to a certain extent.

6. Make a full combination of multiple Finned Tubes with two detection profiles, and complete the detection of multiple profiles respectively.

7. After the side test of each group of test tubes is completed, 10% of the test points shall be sampled randomly and repeatedly, and the relative standard deviation of sound time shall not be greater than 5%; Relative standard deviation of wave amplitude shall not be greater than 10%
