In recent years, many methods of numerical heat transfer have been developed for heat transfer of Heat Exchanger, including finite difference method, finite element method, finite analysis method, boundary element method and finite volume method, combining computer technology and numerical method. In this paper, different computer modeling methods in recent years are summarized, and the computer simulation modeling methods of Finned Tube Heat Exchanger are discussed as an example.

Based on COMSOL software, a three-dimensional model of asymmetric Finned Tube heat exchanger is established. The flow and heat transfer characteristics of the air side are numerically studied, compared with the straight finned tube heat exchanger, and the staggered angle at different Reynolds numbers is further analyzed β Influence on the performance of asymmetric finned tube heat exchanger.     Coil Fin Tube


The results show that the heat transfer factor of asymmetric finned tube heat exchanger increases with an average increase of 13.95% and the resistance factor decreases when Re is between 3 239~9 700, compared with the straight finned tube heat exchanger, and the reduction effect is more obvious with the increase of Re, with an average decrease of 4.80%; When MJF is taken as the evaluation standard and other structural parameters remain unchanged, β= MJF is maximum at 30 °, and the comprehensive performance of heat exchanger is the best
